Legion 44 is Leila Conners’ and Tree Media’s third film on climate. Leila has dedicated over two decades documenting humanity’s ongoing battle with climate change, starting with "The 11th Hour" and followed by "Ice on Fire." With Legion 44, she gives space to the emergence of young innovators from around the world.

Legion 44 highlights these visionaries, many from the Global South, who have come up with groundbreaking solutions scalable to reverse climate disruption. Starting with the fundamental science of rocks, water, and carbon, the narrative unfolds to show how human ingenuity, and creativity has the potential to reverse climate disruption.
