Tilman Is co-founder and managing partner of Flourish Ventures, a Fintech VC with Purpose. Flourish manages $850mio in assets and supports entrepreneurs whose innovations help families and small businesses improve their financial health. Portfolio companies include challenger banks like Chime in the US, insurtechs like Qoala in Indonesia, digit credit companies like Indifi in India, and Fintech infrastructure providers like M2P in India.
Prior to Flourish, Tilman built the financial services team and the Omidyar Network and served as CEO of CGAP. He was a partner at McKinsey working with clients in the US and India. Tilman started his career at the IMF.
