As Bank of Singapore’s Chief Data and Innovation Officer, She oversees the data strategy of the Bank, driving Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Management, Data literacy and Data architecture Her mission is to foster a culture of Innovation by running the Bank’s innovation Center of Excellence, driving the adoption of design thinking, Lean UX and AI.

She was previously Chief Data and Innovation Officer of AXA Singapore, focusing on Business Intelligence, Data Sciences and Innovation, partnering with startups, fintech, and other main Tech companies Data and analytics was the key to better serve existing customers and create innovative micro insurance products. Prior to AXA, Celine was Head of ASEAN Connected Services, Digital and Mobility for PSA Peugeot Citroen based in Shanghai where her mission was to define innovative user experience while developing new business models on connected cars data. Affiliate Partner in True Global Ventures 4 plus, a decentralized Venture Capital fund of global serial tech entrepreneurs, she is also an early investor in blockchain ecosystem supporting Web 3.0 trends in Metaverse and NFT.
