Lionel is a 15 year policy veteran at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He presently heads MAS’ Green Fintech Office which oversees efforts to spur a trusted ecosystem for verifiable data and innovative solutions, that underpins MAS' broader efforts to channel capital towards regional and sectoral transition initiatives. Most recently, he was tasked to lead the fledgling Gprnt ("Greenprint") platform launched by the MAS last November, which aims to deliver open and interoperable digital infrastructure that harnesses technology to streamline the collection, measurement and access to verifiable ESG data, for the benefit of financial institutions and real economy actors across Asia.
