Nesan Govender is a Managing Director in the Southeast Asia Strategy and Consulting practice of Accenture in Singapore. He joined Accenture in 1996 and is the Talent and Organization lead for Southeast Asia. In addition, Nesan leads Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting Practice in Thailand. Nesan has over 27 years experience specialising in Organisational Change, Talent Strategy and Upskilling, and HR Transformation specifically in Financial Services. Over the years he has led the SEA Global MNC Portfolio, Financial Services in Indonesia and the SEA Banking Practice. Nesan holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa
