Magdalene Loh is the Head of Innovation at Prudential Singapore. In this role, she works closely with the leadership team to empower the innovation superhero within each Prudential staff through upskilling and exposure to new ways of working. She also leads on cross-functional efforts to embed processes that facilitate a culture of innovation in Prudential, and incubates promising new ideas.

Building on the local and global partnerships forged during her stint in Strategy and Government Relations, Magdalene continues to co-create solutions with both internal and external stakeholders around the themes of skills, health and wealth. A lawyer by training, Magdalene has also served as Legal Counsel with Prudential at both the local and regional levels. Prior to joining the company, she was a generalist lawyer in private practice.

Outside of work, Magdalene is a strong advocate of career design as one of the key tools to navigate Industry 4.0. The career design simulation she developed has been used in public schools across Singapore and the USA.
