She focuses on identifying strategic growth opportunities, cutting edge solutions and fostering a culture of innovation within the bank, while staying ahead of emerging trends to deliver unmatched client engagement.

With over 20 years in banking, Victoria brings deep expertise in structure finance, client management, strategy and innovation. She played a pivotal role in setting up the innovation platform in Asia at ING Bank, collaborating with internal incubated startups on their go-to-market and scaling strategies, and developing the Fintech partnerships and ecosystem. She has actively contributed to various industry collaborative projects in Asia and Europe focusing on blockchain solutions for Trade, ESG and Regulations challenges. Beyond her professional commitment, Victoria is also an entrepreneur and generously dedicates her time to mentoring other startup founders.
