Jaclyn’s expertise is further reflected in her leadership roles in multiple influential organizations. As the Honorary Chairwoman of the Taiwan FinTech Association and the Chairperson of Asia FinTech Alliance (AFA), she champions innovation and regulatory clarity in the Fintech space. She is also a Co-Founder of the Taiwan Women on Boards Association, where she advocates for gender diversity and leadership in corporate governance. In addition, Jaclyn serves as Chief Consultant to the Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider Association, driving industry standards and compliance for digital assets.

During her tenure as Minister without Portfolio in Taiwan’s Executive Yuan, Jaclyn spearheaded national digital policy initiatives, overseeing key projects in e-commerce, mobile broadband expansion, and technology-driven innovation. Before her government role, she served as General Counsel for IBM Greater China and Taiwan, managing legal strategies in one of the world’s most dynamic tech markets.
