Patricia Teo is an Executive Director in Kerry Consulting, and also part of its Management Team. Patricia specialises in Technology and Digital leadership hires, for companies across a spectrum of industries. She also leads a team of committed search consultants, addressing talent needs within the CTO, CDO, CIO functions.

Prior to joining Kerry Consulting, Patricia was with PwC and Ernst & Young with the Audit practice for Financial Services, for eight years. She spent two years working in EY China, working on due diligence projects for pre-IPO deals.

Patricia graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours), from Nanyang Technological University. She was a recipient of the OCBC scholarship.
