Sanjna is a Partner at McKinsey & Company. She leads the firm’s work at the intersection of financial services/capital markets and data, AI and generative AI.

More recently her work has extensively focused on helping industry players and policy makers evaluate the impact and applications of generative AI for businesses and future of work implications on the workforce.

Prior to McKinsey, Sanjna held senior leadership and executive committee roles at global and regional financial-services and capital-markets corporations and founded a successful AI venture, a predictive sales and marketing analytics software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering. She has pioneered data and AI innovations in wealth and asset management, sustainable finance and investing, investment banking, and retail lending.

Sanjna holds an MBA from INSEAD, a post graduate degree in business administration and a graduate degree specialising in mathematics and economics.
