Dmytro Dubilet is a Ukrainian-born fintech serial entrepreneur. In 2017, he co-founded Monobank, which today has become the second-largest bank in Ukraine, serving 9 million customers. In 2020, he founded Fintech Farm, a British company that operates digital banks in India, Vietnam, Central Asia, and other emerging markets.
