Kate Karimson is the Chief Commercial Officer at R3, leading Product, Sales, Marketing and Commercial Strategy. A senior executive with extensive experience in financial services and technology, Kate specializes in building innovative businesses and products for financial markets. Most recently she served as Chief Commercial Officer at LedgerEdge, where she led product development, sales, and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she held key leadership roles at CME Group, including Global Head of Repo, overseeing major platforms like BrokerTec. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at ICAP and began as a corporate bond trader at Barclays Capital. Kate holds degrees from the London School of Economics and The Open University.
