Dr Bijna Kotak Dasani, MBE, FRSA is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in Global Capital Markets, now serving as an Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist, and Venture Partner. Recognized globally for her contributions to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Bijna has earned numerous accolades, including Fox Story India's "Woman Face of the Year" (2023), and Fortune India's "Most Dynamic Personalities" (2022).

Her accolades include Global Icon for DE&I (2022), Digital Leader of the Year (2021), and Advocate of the Year for Diversity by Morgan Stanley (2021).
