Jom is Managing Director of KXVC, taking care of End-to-end investment activities at KXVC. Jom has 10 years of experience in Start-up venture builder, and VC fund management in Southeast Asia region, was a part of Venture regional launcher for a giant Fintech conglomerate funded by Ant Financial Group.

Jom managed 4 VC funds in his Venture Capitalist journey thus far, executed more than $400m investments in more than 35 startups in Southeast Asia, initiated and executed 120+ Corporate strategic partnership projects connecting startups and the corporate innovation ecosystem, invested in 1 unicorn i.e. Flash Express, and mentored more than 20 startups from Pre-Seed, Pre-Unicorn, and Pre-IPO. Jom also led the remarkable largest corporate strategic investment in one of the largest funding into SEA startups ever by Japanese largest bank (MUFG) a $704m strategic investment in Grab Holdings Pte where he was responsible for both Investment execution and strategic discussion.
