Marianne has over 14 years of experience in innovation, sustainability, and banking.
She is currently the First Vice President of the Innovation Lab and Partnerships team at UOB, and the Programme Director at UOB FinLab, the bank’s innovation accelerator. Marianne leads key initiatives in sustainability, innovation, and regionalisation – driving impactful strategies across ASEAN.
Before joining UOB, Marianne held pivotal roles in SP Group, and Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), managing global energy programmes, overseeing investments, and developing strategies to help startups scale and expand internationally. She was also working in private banking and wealth management at HSBC and Julius Baer.
