Anu is a seasoned Compliance professional, having spent over 19 years in FinTech and Capital Markets companies in Compliance roles predominantly. She started her career with Ernst and Young and then moved onto work for Prudential Plc and Quilter Plc in Compliance roles supporting their wealth management businesses in Singapore and APAC. She then switched over to work for FinTech companies Swissquote and then Revolut.
Anu is currently the Singapore Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO for Coinbase which is a market leader in the crypto space. In her current and previous roles, she has worked on multiple regulatory license applications, designed robust Compliance Programs for these companies to help them comply with local regulations and fulfilled the role of Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Anu takes a keen interest in the evolving nature of financial markets and the growth fuelled by FinTech companies.
