Raju presently is the Managing Director, Head-Platform, Analytics & Surveillance Operations, Group Legal & Compliance.
He joined DBS in 2005 and over the last 19 years has covered multiple roles
• Immediate last role was as Country Head-Consumer & Wealth Operations in Technology & Operations covering all retail products, ATM network services, Domestic Payments and Wealth Operations.
• Prior to that he was the Regional Head- Customer Experience for the Consumer Banking Group establishing CX as a function across our regional markets in Asia to lead and support Customer journey projects across the Consumer franchise.
• He also spend 6 years in the DBS Group Transformation Team leading the Customer Journey (CJ) Transformation Program & Process Improvement Program(PIE) across the region.
Before DBS, he spend 11 years as an entrepreneur running BPO and IT consulting services in India across domains of railways, telecom and securities.
