Sebastian Fallert is the Co-Founder and CEO of London-based SaaS startup, Ben — the world’s most flexible employee benefits platform.

With over 15 years of experience as a tech entrepreneur and investor, he co-founded Ben after leading Secret Escapes' UK market as MD following their acquisition of JustBook, a company he founded.

With a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Cambridge and a background in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, Sebastian is passionate about using technology to simplify benefits management and enhance employee experiences around the world!
