Shaduri Umutoniwase is the Chief Marketing Officer at Rwanda Finance Limited, the company promoting and developing Rwanda as a leading financial destination for international investment and cross-border transactions in Africa.

Shaduri leads strategic communications, brand development and awareness creation efforts.

With over 15 years of expertise in communications, marketing, and events management, Shaduri has served as Communications Director and Project Manager at the Office of the First Lady of Rwanda.

In addition to her professional roles, Shaduri is a board member of the Imbuto Foundation, contributing to its mission of empowering youth and communities.

She holds a master’s degree in international communication management and is a member of the Public Relations and Communications Association.
