Kian Sin is a Deputy Director from Monetary Authority of Singapore, working on capital markets policy matters in the Markets Policy and Consumer Department. He works closely on formulating regulatory policies relating to the provision of Digital Payment Token services in Singapore.
Prior to his current role in policy work, Kian Sin was in the Financial Centre Development Department which focused on developing Singapore as a global financial centre.
