Chandan is a commercial and strategy leader and advisor with 15+ years of experience and a passion to scale and operationalize businesses within tech in Asia. She currently works at BCapital, a global multi-stage investing firm with $6.5B in AUM, focused on B2B and B2B2C companies that are transforming large traditional industries. She partners with founders and leadership teams of some of their large Asia portfolio companies, helping drive growth and scale GTM.

Previously, she spent 7 years in management consulting across Accenture and BCG, working in the tech/media and telecom space in India and the US. Post consulting, she was one of the early employees for Twitter in Asia as they commenced their monetization strategy post IPO. At Twitter, she led strategy and operations and then pivoted to a commercial leadership role, scaling our emerging markets of India and SEA a $100M+ annual run rate.

She is also a founding angel at The/Nudge Institute, a nonprofit aiming to end poverty in India, and an executive member at Pavilion, a global community of SaaS revenue leaders. She is always keen to contribute to the community of women in tech, having previously run Twitter’s women chapter in Asia Pacific and co-founded Connected Women, a women in tech leadership forum and community in Singapore across Facebook, Twitter, MasterCard, LinkedIn & Google over the last few years.
