Venga is part of HSBC’s Global Payments Solutions team based in Singapore. As head of Product Management for South East Asia, Venga is responsible for managing cash management products like Payments, Receivables, Liquidity and Corporate Cards. Prior to this role, Venga was managing Channels and Client Integration in HSBC for the Asia Pacific region. In above roles, he brings extensive experience in Product Management, Internet and Host to Host channel management, technology solutioning and ERP systems integration based on 30 years of experience working for corporates and banks in the region.
Prior to joining HSBC, Venga worked in JPMorgan Chase and in Standard Chartered Bank in regional Cash Management roles based out of Singapore.
Venga represents HSBC in FAST, PayNow, eGiro Industry Steering committees and is part of Digitalisation Standing Committee (DSC) Payments Pillar workgroup.
Venga holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in E-Commerce from NTU, Singapore.
