Ms. Sun Nianbei joined China Construction Bank (“CCB”) in August 1988 and has 36 years of experience in various divisions with the bank. She has held senior management positions at the International Department, the Transformation and IPO office, credit risk management, and investment banking at CCB’s head office, and at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited Hong Kong (formerly Hong Kong Jian Xin Bank). Ms. Sun has extensive overseas management experience. She oversaw the establishment of CCB’s Toronto Branch since 2012 and was General Manager of CCB Toronto Branch from 2014 to 2022, before being appointed General Manager of CCB Singapore Branch in March 2022. Ms. Sun holds an MBA from Murdoch University of Australia (March 2001).
