Emma is the Chief Executive Officer of GBBC Digital Finance (GDF). During Emma's time at GDF, she has worked with different jurisdictional regulators and agencies to engage them in the work of GDF, advocating and accelerating the adoption of best practices for digital assets.

Prior to joining GDF, Emma held senior strategy, programme, and marketing positions at Citi, Barclays, and Fidelity.

Emma has also worked for The Emerging Markets Investors Alliance, a non-profit organisation, that enables investors to support good governance, promote sustainable development, and improve investment performance in the companies in which they invest.

Emma was named one of the top 20 most Influential Women in Crypto by Financial News in 2023.
