Ben Gattie, CEO and Founder of the Triple P Group, has played a significant role in shaping historical neighbourhoods and introducing the co-working concept to Singapore. With over 18 years of real-estate experience, Ben’s expertise lies in rejuvenating under-utilised properties and creating vibrant, community centric spaces, starting in New York City’s iconic SoHo district.
After successfully building and divesting a shophouse portfolio worth $200 million with The Bamboo Group, Ben initiated a transformative journey for the Keong Saik neighbourhood under The Working Capitol as a co-working hub and further expanding with the Triple P Group. Triple P (People, Place, and Purpose) is dedicated to forge Singapore’s most resilient and diverse neighbourhood. Today, it stands as a hub for innovation and collaboration, housing over 30 properties and 130 brands, and fostering a dynamic community of best in class retail F&B brands to industry leading companies such as Shake Shack, Elevandi and Flokk.
Ben continues to champion Singapore’s built environment by driving adaptive reuse of conservation properties while communities ensure their futures, while celebrating their past.
