Shweta Aprameya is a corporate professional turned entrepreneur who believes in building ideas into businesses at scale that directly contribute to the growth of impact & emerging sectors.

Turning towards entrepreneurship post a successful career at NCR in a global business role; Shweta has set-up Fintech ventures for expanding & delivering of financial access, choice & control to millions of underserved people in India – YTS, ARTH, HAPPY. She has also served as Digital Finance Advisor to IFC clients in Srilanka & India on large scale digital transformation projects and was the founding team member and COO & SVP of Airtel Payments Bank. She also serves on the board of MAHA Agriculture Microfinance in Myanmar as IFC Nominee Director.

Besides being an entrepreneur, Shweta is also an advisor and seed funder to early stage social impact ventures.

At ARTH, she is focused on building an impact focused micro MSME Fintech Company; with the idea of rethinking the future of credit for nano & small businesses in India and move the needle from a passive financier to an active trans-formative finance partner.
