Alessio is a Principal Architect with AWS, specialized in Payments and Fintech. He works with ASEAN's unicorns to build highly scalable & innovative services – to fulfil their vision and purpose to “jointly raise the standards of living for the ASEAN community and beyond”.
Prior to AWS, Alessio worked for banks across Central America, Africa, and Asia, delivering online and mobile banking, wealth management, and retail payments products. Most recently, he was the Chief Architect and CTO of HSBC’s PayMe, Hong Kong’s leading Digital Wallet.
