Sherman is a final year student studying Financial Services in ITE College Central. Prior to this, he has also attained a NITEC in Business Administration.

Currently an Innovation Intern with Prudential Singapore, Sherman has volunteered in many TEE-Up events such as the ASEAN WorldSkills 2023 and Global Innovation Awards. He also oversees the planning and execution of events to promote TEE-Up at career fairs.
