Lyselle is a member of Blockchain and Digital Assets team that serves as a Centre of Excellence on matters relating to Blockchain, Digital Assets and related technologies. Lyselle leads the Central Bank Digital Currency pillar which aims to work and collaborate with regional central banks across Asia and ASEAN and to help bring central bank led CBDC innovations to the region and our clients.
Prior to joining the team, Lyselle also worked in fintechs and banks in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand focusing on Transformation Program Management and Transaction Banking. Lyselle is also practitioner of Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment cognitive intervention program that aims at enhancing individual's learning attitude, intrinsic motivation, cognitive efficiency, concept formation and insightful reasoning.
