He is currently working as EVP-Head of Digital Banking in Techcombank, one of the leading banks in Vietnam. Mukesh leads a team of different digital banking experts/directors, senior product owners, analysts, and technology COE across key components of Digital Acquisition, Digital Payments, Digital Wealth , Digital Lending, Digital BANCA, and Digital Services to drive Digital P&L. He has successfully led the team to achieve prestigious rewards as Global Finance-Best Mobile Banking App in Asia Pacific, The Asian Banker- Best Digital Business Model in Vietnam, and The Asset -Digital Bank of the Year in Vietnam.

He has demonstrated success in digital business strategy in Banking and Insurance industry by leading business transformation & digitization (running large scale multi-country digital transformation strategic initiatives with diverse cultural backgrounds; developing new target operating model; driving innovation with new digital solutions and mentoring new leaders.

He has a strong entrepreneurial mindset having launched AXA insurance business (7th team member) & co-founded insurtech & fintech startups in Asia. His strong mix of strategic mindset and hands on experience in multiple functions empowers him to work very effectively in roles demanding transformation, change & cross-functional expertise.
