Eric Lim leads Ant Group's OceanBase business in APAC as the General Manager. In this role, Eric spearheads the strategy, commercial development, and operations of OceanBase, a high-performance distributed NEWSQL database that empowers leading digital companies. Prior to joining Ant Group, Eric led ISV partnerships at AWS and was involved in the commercialization of SoftBank Robotics investments in ASEAN and ANZ.

Eric is not only a corporate leader but also deeply passionate about startups. He has co-founded two startups and provides advisory services to others. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
