With 15 years of experience as a VC professional, he has developed a keen acumen for fund initiation, comprehensive due diligence, and strategy formulation for value creation. His investment background is substantiated by a diverse portfolio that encompasses ventures in the US, China, and India. Notably, he founded and ran Singapore's first-ever accelerator program at Nanyang Technological University for a span of four years.

Following his extensive international pursuits, Khairu took on the role of Managing Partner at Rekanext Capital Partners, thereby expanding his geographical focus to include the dynamic markets of Southeast Asia.
