Tracy Lai, a fintech advisor and management consultant, specializes in business strategy, management consulting, investor relations and project, risk and human resource management for clients worldwide. For over 15 years, she has held executive and advisory positions at Fortune 500 companies, such as Intel and RBS, and startup enterprises in FinTech, RegTech, education, IT services, and manufacturing sectors.

Since 2016, Tracy Lai has collaborated with business partners in the United States, Asia Pacific and European regions as a founding partner at Lystar Group. She also plays an active role in shaping a new generation of leaders by mentoring portfolio companies at Tenity (formerly F10), overseeing a variety of projects at the Zurich-based FinTech accelerator program.

Tracy earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Fairfield University and holds certificates in FinTech from MIT and Business Executive Coaching from Columbia University. In addition, Tracy is certified by Wiley as an “Everything DISC assessment” trainer.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Tracy is a long-time member of the Fairfield Awards Dinner committee, where she participates in scholarship fundraising activities for Fairfield’s flagship annual event.
