PeiLim Tay is the Senior Manager, Recruiting for the APAC and EMEA regions at Ripple. Based in Singapore, Pei is responsible for leading the recruiting team in hiring technical and non-technical roles in APAC and Europe – two of the fastest growing regions for Ripple, the leader in enterprise blockchain and crypto solutions.

Pei brings over 10 years of recruiting experience across technology companies and financial institutions. Prior to joining Ripple, Pei was with Meta (formerly known as Facebook) recruiting for the sales and operations team in APAC.

Pei holds an ACCA certification and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore).
