Arabella is Chief Capital Markets Officer at Boatload Ventures turning digital asset transformations into investing opportunity with leading global (re)insurers. Past 10 years, she held a position of Senior Client Manager and Digital/Web3 Lead at Munich Reinsurance Group. She co-created new solutions and markets with insurers, brokers and digital market entrants by forming strategic and transformational collaborations. Currently, she is a member of the Singapore FinTech Association InsurTech Subcommittee, an advisor of the Association of Blockchain for Asia (ABA) Committee, an ambassador of Singapore FinTech Festival 2023. She was a Corporate Mentor and a Judging Panel for Global FinTech Hackcelerator of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) from 2020 to 2022. She is also a Corporate judge for Sønr Insurtech 100, an expert mentor for Avalanche, Startupbootcamp, Tenity (Formerly F10), Ping An, Plug and Play, Tech Nation UK. She is an advocate of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and served as an Executive Committee Member of Women in Reinsurance (WiRE) Singapore. She was honoured as one of 100 distinguished global leaders in (re)insurance industry in 2020 and as one of top 10 InsurTech leaders in Asia in 2019. She studied Physics at the Ewha Womans University and completed specialized finance training: Finance Specialist in Private Equity at the London Business School and Venture Capital and M&A at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
