Eric is the Talent Acquisition Group Lead at DBS Bank with more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, wealth management and leadership roles in Retail Banking and High Networth segment.

He currently leads a team of talent acquisition specialists covering Campus Recruitment, Consumer Banking, Private banking and Support Functions of DBS Bank.

Prior to his career switch into human resources, he has held various key leadership positions in renowned financial institutions in both local and foreign banks with Asia Pacific Region exposure. 

When Eric is not immersed in the world of finance, he enjoys new cuisines, travelling, and engaging in outdoor activities. His well-rounded interests and diverse experiences contribute to his ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds.

He is passionate about fostering talent and empowering the next generation of professionals. He looks forward to sharing his expertise, providing valuable insights, and fostering meaningful connections with the attending students.
