Henry Aguda's appointment as President and CEO of UnionDigital Bank is a testament to his extensive experience and expertise in the banking industry. Prior to joining the digital bank, he held a leadership position at UnionBank serving as its Chief Technology and Operations Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. In addition, he concurrently serves as the Senior Executive Vice President of UnionBank, Chairman of the Board of UBX Philippines, and Vice Chairman of City Savings Bank.

Henry is also a leader in promoting digitalization in the Philippines, serving as the head of the Private Sector Advisory Council's (PSAC) Digital Infrastructure Group. Through the group's advocacy program, Go Digital Pilipinas (GDP), he aims to promote private sector support of digitalization efforts in government agencies.
