Su Mei brings an established track record of delivering value to customers and building highly engaged teams to bring about business transformation while generating revenue and growth in the process – decades of experience that has positioned her well to lead one of Singapore’s first digital bank and also ANT Group’s first digital bank outside of People’s Republic of China as Chief Executive Officer of ANEXT Bank (ANEXT). Su Mei’s priorities include establishing the strategic direction and identifying the business opportunities within the financial services ecosystem, while steering the different departments to support the acceleration of Singapore’s financial services transformation through deeper collaborations, customer experience and product innovation & commercialisation. Su Mei is a strong advocate and friend of the SMEs, and is driven to make financial services more accessible to the underserved and unbanked SME segments together with government agencies and partners.
