Evangeline is an Executive Director, Assistant General Counsel at J.P. Morgan. She leads a team of lawyers supporting the APAC Payments Business of the Bank. She has advised on various aspects of the Payments Business spanning across Treasury and Liquidity Services, Merchant Services and Global Trade. She is currently the product legal lead for APAC Payments and Commerce Solutions and Merchant Services, focusing on supporting the fast evolving Payments business with a strong pipeline for commercialisation and growth. Prior to this, Evangeline was the head of APAC Payments Transactions Legal, that consists of a team of lawyers responsible for handling all the Payments and Trade transactions deals across the region. Evangeline holds an LLB from the National University of Singapore. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Evangeline practised law in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial work.
