Dwai joined Trust in April 2021, leading the build of a one-of-its-kind digital bank. His focus on creating a culture where creativity and collaboration thrive set the foundations for Trust’s success. Dwai’s leadership approach promoted customer-driven prioritisation and enabled Trust to launch with a strong value proposition and market-leading user experience.
Prior to Trust, Dwai held several leadership roles in Standard Chartered, including Head of Consumer, Private and Business Banking, Singapore.
