Bob is a member of the finance faculty of the Cambridge Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge where he is also the co-founder of the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance and founder of RegGenome, a University of Cambridge spin-out company which emerged from his research investigating computational regulation. In 2019, he developed the CCAF’s Cambridge FinTech and Regulatory Innovation programme which has graduated more than 1,600+ regulators and policy makers from 140+ countries. Bob regularly advises national governmental and multi-lateral organisations on regulatory innovation and is currently a member of the Governor’s Advisory Committee of the Bank of Mauritius and was a member of the International Technology Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Bob holds an MBA from Chicago Booth, and MSc from the London School of Economics and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
