Alan heads the Singapore Cash Product Management in DBS Global Transaction Services. In this role, Alan manages the overall Singapore institutional banking deposits, liquidity management, payments business and influences the strategic direction of the market through participation in local industry dialogue. Within the bank, he is also responsible to drive innovation across the portfolio of payments, transactional FX and digital currency , including adoption of ISO20022 and Swift gpi programs. Alan has 15 years of payments experience and prior to joining DBS, held key appointments in digital banking, regional e-commerce payments, and Singapore’s domestic instant payments operator.
