Tram Anh Nguyen, a trailblazer in upskilling the finance and technology industries, co-founded CFTE, a global platform, in 2017 to bridge the skills gap in financial services and Fintech through education at scale. Championing lifelong learning and inclusivity, she collaborates with governments, regulators, and experts to advance financial education in the digital era. Tram Anh is an instrumental authority in creating transformative Fintech and Finance programs, empowering professionals to thrive with cutting-edge knowledge, skills, and mindsets. Globally recognised as a thought leader in Fintech, she frequently speaks at international forums, notably on adult education and lifelong learning. With 18 years of experience at SC and UBS, she has navigated between the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, working in capital Markets and wealth management for major financial institutions in New York, London, and Asia.

An advocate for diversity and inclusion, Tram Anh empowers individuals in finance. Co-author of the Fintech Job Report, she serves as a Non-Executive Director and advisory board member, including Elevandi in Japan. She is an Executive Committee Member of 100 Women in Fintech advocating for unlocking women's professional potential to strengthen the global finance industry.

As an ambassador for the Singapore Fintech Festival and an Entrepreneurship Expert at Saïd Business School, Oxford, Tram Anh leverages her extensive corporate, thought-leadership, and industry experience. Born in France of Vietnamese descent, she brings a global perspective, splitting her time between the UK, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
