Dwaipayan Sadhu (Dwai) is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the consumer financial sector. Over his career he has built and led many high performing businesses as well as steered corporate turnarounds.

Since 2021, Dwai has been the Chief Executive Officer of Trust Bank, one of the world’s fastest growing digital banks. Under his leadership, Trust has established itself as a formidable challenger in Singapore’s banking landscape.

Dwai is passionate about the power of culture and has focused on fostering a culture around creativity, client centricity and collaboration as foundation to Trust’s success. He is also a strong proponent of technology and the power of data.

Prior to Trust, Dwai held several leadership roles in Standard Chartered, including Head of Consumer Banking, Singapore and various regional roles.
