Eugene is a Deputy Director in the Monetary Authority of Singapore,and leads the global platform networks within the FinTech Infrastructure Office of the FinTech & Innovation Group. This encompasses domestic and international initiatives on financial digital infrastructures, cross-border financial trust and financial empowerment for businesses. Eugene’s prior role covered payments policy and strategy, data analytics, legislations and formulating MAS’ first patent.
