Roman Regelman is a proven operator with extensive experience leading global companies. Roman is the former CEO of Securities Services and Digital at BNY, the largest segment of the firm, with close to $9bn in revenue, where he restructured the organisation, launched new products and led a global workforce of more than 25,000 people across 30 countries. Prior to this, Roman was Chief Digital Officer at BNY Mellon where he led a number of major transformational enterprise initiatives.
Roman was previously a Partner and Managing Director at Boston Consulting Group, where he co-led the global financial services digital business and led major transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, Roman has launched and driven multiple growth businesses and led change agendas for financial institutions and services companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He has started multiple fintech ventures and partnerships that span a broad range of technologies and business models.
