Rowena is a recruitment professional with more than 10 years of experience. She began her career in in-house HR positions for the education and tech industries, before taking the road less travelled and joined Robert Half, an external recruitment agency, a few years later.
 
She went on to lead the Technology Recruitment practice in Robert Half, growing the Singapore business during her 6 years there. She supported clients in various industries including Financial Services/FinTech, Oil & Gas, Consulting, Healthcare, making multiple tech placements across Applications, Infrastructure, Transformation and Cybersecurity at mid to C-suite levels.
 
Her combination of recruitment, networking and business development skills propelled her to start her own recruitment practice - HRS Talents. HRS Talents is a Technology-Only talent services company which provides recruitment services to corporates and candidates, as well as career consulting to individuals seeking to develop their careers or make a mid-career switch into Technology and Security.
