Tai joined SCB 10X in 2020 as a CIO and CEO of SCB 10X, the disruptive technology investment arm of Siam Commercial Bank. She leads SCB 10X to invest in early stage startups globally in AI and blockchain.
Tai has over 20 years of experience working and investing in the technology sector, in Silicon Valley, New York and Singapore. Prior to SCB 10X, she was a Portfolio Manager at Pictet Asset Management, where she specialized in investment in publicly listed technology companies in Asia.
Tai was awarded the prestigious King’s Scholarship to study abroad. She graduated with honors from MIT, earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
