Jay has been with UOB for over 10 years as Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to UOB, he worked in other financial services companies in related recruitment roles. He started his career in Talent Acquisition working in various searchfirms and recruitment companies. Jay is an engineer by training, and started working in IT for 3 years, before switching careers in recruitment.
