With nearly a decade of experience in blockchain, Dina is recognized for her extensive knowledge of digital asset regulatory compliance. She is the Founder and President of Collisionless, a Web3 professional services firm that specializes in the digital asset economy. She serves as an Independent Corporate Director of Kraken, as well as a Board member of several blockchain Foundations, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Canadian Blockchain Consortium.

Previously, Dina led sales at CipherTrace, a leading blockchain analysis company, guiding it from startup to acquisition by Mastercard. She has worked with nation states, global regulators, central banks, and law enforcement agencies on topics including cryptocurrency regulation, central bank digital currencies, risk mitigation, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrency forensic investigations. Presently, she is empowering victims of financial crimes with investigative reports and building a data orchestration layer for fraud intelligence.
